Netaji's endeavour to access information pertaining to the Bose mystery
has turned out to be a landmark in India's RTI movement.

the one hand they have reiterated that there is nothing that the
Government seeks to hide in this respect... on the other ... they say
that the documents are so sensitive in nature that if disclosed could
