Japanese soldier, not Netaji, died in Taipei

The Justice Mukherjee Commission of Inquiry (JMCI) report maintains that body of Ichiro Okura, a Japanese soldier, was passed off as that of Subhas Chandra Bose as part of the escape plan. Extracts:
